These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions related to the supply, sale, and export of agro products. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms mentioned below.

1. Product Quality & Standards

All agro products are sourced, processed, and supplied in compliance with applicable agricultural, food safety, and international export standards. Since agricultural products are natural in nature, slight variations in size, color, texture, moisture, and appearance may occur.

2. Pricing

Prices are subject to change depending on market conditions, seasonal availability, raw material costs, and order quantity. Final prices will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Payment Terms

A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm the order. The remaining balance must be cleared before shipment or as mutually agreed in writing. Orders will not be processed without receipt of the advance payment.

4. Order Confirmation

Orders shall be considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on product specifications, quantity, pricing, packaging, delivery terms, and receipt of the advance payment. Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or modified without prior written approval.

5. Packaging & Labeling

All products are packed using export-quality packaging materials to maintain freshness, hygiene, and product safety during transit. Customized packaging and private labeling can be provided based on buyer requirements and additional charges, if applicable.

6. Delivery & Shipment

Delivery schedules are approximate and may vary due to weather conditions, logistics delays, port congestion, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. The seller shall not be responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

7. Risk & Liability

Risk and responsibility for the goods transfer to the buyer as per the agreed shipping terms (FOB/CIF/EXW or other Incoterms). The seller’s liability is limited to the invoice value of the supplied goods only.

8. Claims & Complaints

Any claims related to product quality, quantity, or packaging must be submitted in writing within the agreed time after delivery, along with valid supporting evidence. Claims will be reviewed and resolved through mutual discussion.

9. Compliance & Import Regulations

All products comply with applicable export and food safety regulations of the exporting country. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compliance with import laws, certifications, duties, and regulations of the destination country.

10. Force Majeure

The seller shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, crop failures, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

11. Amendments

The seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall apply to all transactions.

12. Governing Law

All transactions and disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction mutually agreed upon by both parties.
